Hi ladies. I'm new to the forum and have been doing my research on what might be a good program for me. Almost ordered WU from all the positive things I've heard bout it but now am contemplating ordering individual herbs from Greenbush. One of the "kits" I'm looking at has fg, sp and wild yam, but I read on the General referance page that it may not be good mix sp and wy. Any thoughts/ opinions? A lil about me if you're wondering, I'm 5'4". 120 lbs. 34 B (a lil rm at the top due to saggyness from breastfeeding my 2 daughters). I know I probably have too much testosterone as I have a problem with acne and (YUCK!!!) facial hair. :( I have tried to do as much reading as I can and my head's swimming a lil from info over-load! Sorry this is so long & thanks in advance for your input and advice!
Have you been to the BE Board BellyGirl? When I was taking individual herbs Wahaika had some very good advice on the Greenbush herbs. And you'll get a technical explanation for the conversion process. Or you could just go there and look under Mandy's program to see what advice was given. I would copy and paste it, but I don't want to get in trouble in case that's forbidden.
Greenbush is a good company and if you've ever tasted alcohol based herbal liquid extracts, you'll really appreciate their non alcohol liquid extracts!
