Has anyone used PM cream (particularly Mirifem) along with other extracts as part of one routine? I don't mean applying them at exactly the same time, of course, but am thinking of using PM cream in the morning and then doing a massage at night with fenugreek, red clover, and borage oil, as this blend hasn't been successful on its own. I've read that you're not supposed to mix PM with other herbs in terms of internals but wasn't sure that holds true for topical application.

Hun, why is it that you are not suppose to mix any other herbs with PM? Because , in my thinking, when you topically apply ,it soaks into the skin.... which in turn goes straight to your system. I dont know much about PM to suggest anything, other than research why it is that you arent suppose to mix the PM with something else. If the PM isnt working, I would say try another something to see if you get results there.... or is it that you have not given PM enough time to do its job>???

Thanks, Carol Ann. :) I haven't tried PM cream yet but was considering it. Figured it would be easier to quickly apply a pre-made cream in the morning and then set aside time for a more thorough massage later in the day.
I think the reason you're not supposed to mix PM with anything is that it's very powerful, but I would imagine it would be less so when applied topically. Not sure. :) I can't find a good one without wax or mineral oil, so I may skip the PM altogether.
