I don't think so, I wish it was that easy with us girls and it is unlikely that it would work for boys.

Hi.If the idea of a boy touching the breasts( massaging), then yes when u massage ur breasts few times a day,they grow a little but not THAT growth u are looking for.I think that is what u mean by touching.Or not?
