Hey Faery, just a quick ?? Do you take vitex during ur period. i'm gonna start taking vitex, my period came this morning and was wondering if i could start it or wait until period fifnish. Will be taking it alone for now and maybe add collagen later.

hi annie. if you want to start vitex on day 1 of your cycle, then your should start it today, and then keep on taking it everyday including your period days. i am taking vitex alone too and started it on day 1 of my period. which was 4 weeks ago.
