how would i take nettle root cut? do i grind it down into a powder? or is it no use for nbe in a 'cut' form?

What is herb cut? (My English is still limited although this forum help me to learn).

Personally, I have been using it to make tea :P I throw fennel seeds in the mixer and take it in the powdered form. But never had the guts to do that with nettle root. You can also try and make your own extract from it, there are quite a few tutorials on the net on homemade extracts/tinctures. Good luck :)
