maybe i was experiencing yo yo boobs because of the vitex. i have stopped vitex for a month now and just taking wonder up 4x and sp 2x. i have luteal swelling that is greater than before but to be really honest the 4 pills of wonder up were not my choice. i just couldnt be bothered taking my regular dose. i didnt want to leave the vitex as i think i may be estrogen dominant and wanted to balance. im opting for wild yam cream now from holland and barretts to balance my hormones... taking the pills but with no real dedication. life is too stressful these days... i just want lighter periods. stuff the boobs.

I dropped the Vitex a little while ago also and feel that I have started to grow a bit now. I am also having yo-yo boob syndrome, they go down and then go back up with a slight bit of growth. I have also been experimenting with taking 4 WU a day as I got really busy for a few days and forgot the middle dose on a couple of days and felt more underarm pains on those days, so I am still trying 4 WU to see what happens. I have also been contemplating getting wild yam cream, tried sample of PM but not sure if it was doing anything, no instant plumpness. How are you going with Wild Yam cream?
