I have been reading posts for months now and I'm wondering what to try. If could hear from you ladies who have tried St Herb Pm , Natureday or Mirifem. It seems to me that these are the big three. If some of yu have tried all of them please let me know which you think is best. Thank you

I think these are most certainly not the big three. There isn't one 'best', it is compleately individual, what works for one girl may not work for another girl. But two most popular choices are Wonderup and a custom routine.

Does anyone know if the St herbs cream has mineral oil and is it safe to use St herbs for a long time?

the 3 you mention, are i supose more commonly talked about than some other products but i have to agree they are not the big 3 i don't think there is a big three,and its hard for anyone to say which out of those if you have never tried all 3,some people will have tried mirifen some naturesday or st ives you would b lucky to find a few people who have tried all 3 and can give you their opinion,which may conflict from 1 person to the next even if they had tried all 3.

I would say the best thing to do is may be find a person who is growing who has simular stats to your self and see what they are doing, keep asking for advise on anything you don't know
check out general info etc and b4 u go running out to buy somthing ask again what people think over all about 1 product you are likely to get more of a responce both good and bad.
