Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum! Let me say I am SO happy I found it, this seems to be a very supportive group you have going on and I signed up right away.
I'd like to tell you a bit about myself because I want to begin my own NBE program, and I would appreciate any advice.
I am 21 years old, I am maybe.. a 34A? I've been considering plastic surgery for a long time, but of course, it's very expensive. I've been made fun of all my life, and I get comments alot that I seem like i'm 13 instead of twentyone, So for my own self confidence I figured I'd give this a try. I am very skinny, and I know that has affected the size of my breasts, so I am going to try to gain some weight first (I weight.. 100lbs at 5'3) And try starting on some herbal supplements, from what I see being recommended, I think I'm going to start off with Saw palmetto and Fenugreek for sure, but I'm not sure of what other supplements I should start with. So in knowing my stats, what would you recommend I start off with for a girl as small as me.
Oh and my desired results would simply be a B cup. I know alot of people are different, and I'm sure someone will reply with that, but GENERALLY what works for small breasted girls in my age range? I've also heard about progesterone cream, I read that i should use it before starting my routine, Can anyone re-enforce that?
I've also read about the recommended Breast Growth supplements such as Wonderup, Bountiful, and Puerari mirifica. Anyone have any suggestions there?
For now I've decided to try the herbal supplements, because it's cheaper, massage, and eating right, but Should I maybe consider trying one of those three Breast Growth Supplements within a few months of starting my routine if i don't see enough positive results?

Keep reading the newbies forum and the general reference page. You need a lot of information before you can devise a suitable routine and no one can do it better than you cause you know your body the best. The basic starter rotuine is fenugreek, saw palmetto, wild yam and borage oil. For more herbs, I would first recomend fennel. You might consider taking nettle instead of SP, they basically do the same but some girls find that nettle works better for them, lots however had succes with SP. Personally I think that it's best to take several different herbs at smaller doses, but carefully chosen. If you can afford it, I'd recomend WU, a custom routine however would be cheeper.

Oh, about the progesterone cream, it's recomended for a liver clense, althoguh I don't relaly understand in what way progesterone would cleanse the liver. Milk thistle is usually used for a liver cleanse and it's sometimes recomended to do it before starting, however I think it's not necessary. I would however recomend a short cleanse while on the routine every now and then. But again here are several opptions that you have to decide on yourself: For example, Wonderup contains milk thistle in its forumiula, so with that you basically have some liver support all the time, but it's not actually a 'cleans', as you are also on herbs. Then you can also do a brake when you take no NBE herbs but only milk thistle and drinking lemonade with a pinch of cayenne is recomended. This serves to flush the liver, reinforcing it and giving your body a brake from herbs so that it doesn't forget producing its own hormones. You have to decide yourself for how long you'll do the brake and how often. A one month brake every three months is recomended so that you don't get used to herbs, or two months after half a year. You can also do it for a week every month or even just a couple of days for a liver flush. It's not necessary that your body will get used to herbs, we differ in that as well.

Go to the PM forum and read up and then consider the topicals first..the creams, sprays, serums, and of course the Blossom-s soap. This is a good safe way to get some fast results so you don't get too discouraged. Wait on the capsules till you see how far you can go with just the topicals. Other advice about the other herbs you best go to those that have experienc with those. You can find out where to get these PM product on the PM forum.
And remember, many men really like small breasted women --- it is true!!!
