Eve, can we go along whit the idea of calling for a mentor for our routines?
The idea is the folowing: who wants post here a mesage with their caracteristics and asks if anyone with the same caracteristics that had sucess with NBE can help that person giving advice about the routine.
What do you say?

Yes, that's a valid use of this forum. It would probably be helpful if you make the title of the thread as relevant as possible, as that way it won't get easily swallowed up and lost amongst everything else.
