How long have you been using vitex and how long did it take your acne to clear. I`m on pot 3 of vitex nothing to report yet. Thanks.

It took 3 months for my acne to clear up, I had them since I was 18 and I'm 21 now. Spot free for the first time in 3 years! Yeah!! I know vitex is a slow working herb but I was still getting impatient with it, every month I would expect to see an improvement and then on the 3rd month my spots dried out and they didn't return! Just need to get rid of my PMS. I hope your spots clear up soon!

Can I ask what brand of vitex you`re using and how many mg. a day you`re taking? Thanks

Oh I forgot to say that I've been taking vitex for a little over 4 months. The brand that I'm using is called good n natural from Holland and Barrett. I take 1600mg a day. Two in the morning and two in the evening.

I used nature`s way 400mg 2 in the morning and 2 at night for 2 months, nothing happened then I upped the dose to 7200mg a day but it made me nervous and gave me shakey hands so today I`m down to 2400mg as feary suggested I cut down.I can`t wait for my acne to go away and never come back. No success there yet! I wasn't really taking it for NBE but it would be a nice surprise.
