I finally did it, I quit smoking. It's been 2 weeks tomorrow morning since my last cigarette, so now I can draft a program and order my supplements, take my before pics and get started, I'll keep the board posted!

Congratuolations, you could include cayenne in your routine as it helps with constricted vessles, which is what smoking very likely did cause to you. Good luck!
