Good Sign or Bad?

I have been noticing that my boobs are so sore. It hurts to have them touched, and yesterday it became hard to massage them, in fact I got two very pitiful massages in, where I basically wiped most of the cream off because it was too painful to massage. There are no lumps, no red spots, no fever, nothing that would indicate anything going on, just painful to touch. I don't remember having them feel this way before. The only other thing I noticed is that they are warm. Like I usually massage when I am dressing whether for the day or for the night, and I could have goosebumps on my arms but my boobs feel like I had a heat pad on them...............

can't recall anyone else reporting something like this, so just want to see if this is "normal" or if I should be concerned.

Lolz.........I was about to ask the same thing henri. I too have been really sore in the boob dept this past week, espcecially in the sides of them and over the tops of them.

Lol, they are giving me jip right now.

Don't think it is anything to worry about. Probably just some growth thing going on again.......which has to be good, right? ;-)

Love

Just to say I have the same problem, both boobs are very very warm, and very sore, I wake up each morning and they both feel hard and sore to touch.
I have stopped massaging today, and I am slowing down the wonderup now, having a break for a month.
I hope this means a good sign unless anyone else reports different.
I have had this problem for alomst two weeks now.
best of luck
Laura

ps I am using the st herbs ream

That sounds like growing signs to me. I bet in less than a week they are going to plump up.

The warmth suggest that lots of blood is being pumped there, which also makes me wonder if it coould be a mild immune reaction, a too high sensitivity to herbs. Is there any swelling? In any case, I think it may help if you went on herbs gradually, but since you are on them already I dunno if it would make sense to do it now, but personally I would still try that way, I'd lower the dose immediately and ramp it up to a normal over lets say two weeks. Dunno if it'd work, but I'd try.

Hi Moon- I am on a very low dose of herbs (see program page) and I did ramp up. Giving each a two day period before adding another one, and have been on all three for almost a week now, so I don't think that would be it.

Another thought is Aunt Flow is due in a few days and although I have never experienced this before I wonder if it might be related to that???

Can't tell if there is swelling or night, but they are very firm when I wake up in the morning, but once I shower the warm water seems to help with some of it.

Don't know, but hoping it might mean growth.

Yes it probably is related to your period but it's also a very good sign!!
