I wanted to say thanks for all of your posts and stories / experiences. It has been so helpful to me. I've been reading for a while now and thought i should post.
I have been taking Wonderup for the past 4 1/2 months and have noticed some improvement mostly in terms of firmness / fullness but not really size. I have been using the WU cream for past month. But I have been on Yasmin birth control pills that whole time and have just stopped, so im curious to see if it makes any difference. Has anyone else had experience with this?

I am 32 years old and have had one child. I am a size 34A - prior to pregnancy etc I was a 34B.

I've also started vitex to help regulate my natural cycle. I know everyone is different but do you think this is an ok combination?

I think the jury is still out on vitex agnus castus and how it affects efforts at breast growth.

Vitex is usually said to work the best when not taken with any other herbs. But as Nell said, it's still not know exactly cause it's fairly recent that it became so popular in NBE.

Stopping BCP throws your hormones out of ballance, especially if you've been on it for a long time. I think it may be better to do a brake when you go off BCP, so that your body starts producing its own hormones before you fill it with herbs again.
