Hi ladies. Have a question for ya. Do you work out on NBE? If so, do you do more cardio or weight/strength training? Also, how do you find the energy?? I know we're all different, but these herbs are sucking all my energy! I've also heard other ladies have had the same problem. I've always been very energetic (most would say hyper! lol)and I've always worked out 4-5 days a week, but since taking the herbs I've been sleeping more and exercising alot less. I don't wanna gain weight!! Any insight/opinions would be appreciated!

I have been feeling the same way! I used to excersize at least 4-5 x a week, now I feel like I have to fight myself to do it! I would love to hear if others are having the same problem. I need to get motivated again, big time! Plus, I think the saw palmetto has been sticking to my hips :(
I know what you guys mean! I am always exhausted lately. And I'm gaining weight A LOT easier. :-/ I've never really exercised much, but I guess I have to start now.

I am tired too, and exhausted, but I still try and do my exercise 4-5 times a week. I usually do some walking most of the days and try and go swimming once or so a week, more often if I got the time, and if I don't walk I try and use my stepper at home.
I have been slacking with it lately but before, also while being on herbs, I done regular exercise and it seemed to actually help with the tiredness, so it is worth trying to get motivated again, especially since you ladies all exercised before BE.
It's good to know I'm not the only one. I know many on this site started very skinny and for awhile thought I might be the only one experiencing this til I researched some threads. I'm not fat by any means, but I have what I would call a broad/athletic build and am VERY aware When I get a little "thick". I just hope this "lazy feeling" phases itself out before I gain too much weight!! Thanks for the responses girls. Hope we can find some ladies who beat this and succeeded with NBE. I know they're out there! ;)

I exercise 5 days a week. I'm on BO (BB) and I have 2 kids- 10 yr old I homeschool and 2 and 1/2 yr old I chase around all day.
I run 5 days a week and I do heavy resistance and weight training 3x a week.
I take A LOT of vitamins and supplements. I fight tiredness all the time, but I do it anyways. I really think the vitamins help a bunch. I also don't sleep very well, so I don't know how I do it. :P
Since I'm not doing herbal NBE, I don't know if that is making a difference. I did take Saw Palmetto for a bit awhile back, and I noticed weight gain and I was way more sluggish w/ that.
I try to get my run in first thing in the morning, and that really seems to help get my day going. It's really hard to get out that door, but once I do, I'm ready to go when I get back.
Good luck, hang in there! Make sure you get in a multi-vitamin everyday. I have to keep myself motivated and keep my eye on the prize so to speak. That is also very motivating. Since I have 2 goals, I really gotta keep focused!!
Wow, you do have tons of energy-that's amazing! I stopped the Saw Palmetto, and already feel so much better. I have to remember that SP always make me feel heavy and sluggish. I am going to try excersising in the am, before I take anything.
I am so curious about BO, and am thinking about buying the generic if things aren't working with my herbs...
