all my friends have boobs, and i feel so left out, i am 13 (5ft 3inches, and around 70-75 pounds) i am barely able to wear one of the kiddie bras, and all my friends have super sexy bras. what should i do to get larger breasts without my parents knowing?

Remember, you are only 13! You have PLENTY of time to grow. So theres a big chance you will still grow, if you are really worried about it, I would suggest massage, a healthy diet, and plenty of exercise. This will really contribute a lot to breast development.

At 13, you need to wait for nature to do its thing. I personally was a late bloomer and didn't even start my period until I was 15. You seriously do not want to start messing with your hormones at such a young age, you could really do some damage. If I were you I would wait until you are at least 18 and then if you are still not happy with your breasts start thinking about what to do then.

I know when we are young all we want to do is grow up faster, the ironic thing is when you are finally an adult all you want are the carefree days of being young again.

Please don't do anything you'll regret, they will grow in their own time!

I looked like a little boy at 13. You just started puberty for christs sake! You will be growing until you are 18 or even later. Don't mess with your body's chemicals. Make sure you eat a healthy and balanced diet with enough fat and protein, and your body will take care of things on its own.

As a mother of 11 year-old girl, I will recommend you to do the MASSAGE first, like Lvgirl said you still have plenty time to grow (until you're 20!) let the mother nature to do her job!!!

You can use olive or soybean oil as massage oil(yes, the one your mom cooks), cover your R hand on R boob, L hand on on L boob, doing inwards motion for 360 times==> yes, both of your hands will be sore after 360 rotations!!!

It's better to do this massage be4 taking shower.

Secondly, don't do the diet thing, just eat: protein and dairy foods are good for boobie growth.

Don't sit up all night for chatting or playing computer, go to bed EARLY: coz HGH producing more while you have a good & long sleep which definitely helping boobie growth.

P.S. BTW my daughter has very nice boobies now (even though I was flat-chested when I was @ her age), just follows these simple steps...

you just have to let puberty take it's course. i didn't even get my period till i was 13 and a half. 12-13 years old for your first period is totally normal. everyone develops at different rates. it is normal to be flat as a board when you are 13. you are still a kid! i obsessed over how slow i was developing when i was your age, but now when i look back at pictures, i realize i was such a beautiful girl. try to learn to appreciate who you are right now, because i promise you one day you will look back and wish you realized how gorgeous you were and will realize that you wouldn't have changed a thing.
