I feel your pain, been there, really, but it really isn't advisable to start popping stuff until you're 18, anyways. Give your body a chance to quit growing on it's own. THEN look into your options :)

There are quite a few threads about message and Boobie lotions and potions that you could probably give a go at this stage and many girls have had success through these means alone. That's right -actual gains through messaging religiously. Everybody is different, however, my opinion would be that you look at some of these options for the time being.

On the main forum page, scroll down and click on the message pages, or enter message into the search and read through people's experiences with this.

In the meantime, take care of yourself, eat right (I swear my eating issues and depriving myself through my "formative years" contributed to my growth issues) try not to stress out, give message a go, and see what happens!
