I have read over the information in this website and have taken the hormone imbalance test. However, now I am confused (no, it does not take much). The test said that I had estrogen dominance but then I read secret #3 in Flat to fab and she explained tons of the problems I have and said that I probably have too much testosterone. Is it possible to have both and which herb would be best to balance that out? I read what the different herbs do, but I did not see anything about too much testosterone. I should be receiving my Nature Day liquid and pills today, but I am wondering if I should take something to balance my hormones out BEFORE I start my regemine. You guys are so knowledgable and I would appreciate any advice you might have. Thanks!

Vitex has been pretty popular to help balance out the hormones, thing is it takes 3 months for it to really affectively balance everything. And the consensus is you should do that alone, without other herbs that may change things. I know what you mean though, every hormone test i do seems a little different! good luck!
