Hi ladies. I've been seriously considering adding natural progesterone cream (wild yam) to my program, but am VERY curious about this Blossom-S soap. I've read that the progesterone cream should be used on a break, but have also heard it recommended every day for the last 2 weeks of your cycle. I believe I am estrogen dominant due to low progesterone levels and would like to try it, but would like some thoughts from some who've used it. Also, the blossom-s soap (which is estrogenic?) would it be ok to use that also? Would it void the effects of the progesterone cream? I thought it might be ok to use it the first 2 weeks of cycle and the progesterone cream for the last 2? HELP!! I am so confused! I know none of you know what'll work for me, I'm just looking for some thoughts on the idea. Thanks!

I get so many emails from other confused women, about the PM especially. I can answer your question about the soap...you can use it pretty much with ANY program and it won't interfere or negate any of the other things your doing.

The oral (pills) PM is a different story. There is controversy about combining it with other estrogenic herbs. Miroestrol in PM is much stronger than other know plant estrogens. It is also bio-identical..chemically it is indistinguishable from our own human estradiol. Our bodies do not view it as "foreign" and this is helpful.

Most "experts" (scientists in Thailand) in the study of miroestrol and PM, say that it only dilutes the effectiveness of PM to mix in other weaker herbs. The reason I say there is controversy is that, recently, one of the manufacturers of one of the popular PM supplements just came out with a new formula that DOES mix the PM extract with yam, fennel etc.

This may reflect new thinking on combining herbs and efficacy. OR IT MIGHT just be a marketing ploy to capture the consumers of both the PM users and the users of the other herbs in one shot.
I think the only way to know is to try it and perhaps evaluate the results for oneself.

I personally will do some investigating into the issue of combining PM (oral) with other herbs and report back to the forum if I find a credible source of information.

Using the progesterone creme with PM is synergistic...works well together. Especially for menopausal age women for HRT.

I sell the soap on ebay so I don't want to sound like I am shoving it at anyone...but it is true, it is really effective and also safe. It is not complicated to use and can be combined with any routine. It is very mild and even those who have poor reaction to soaps in general can usually use it. Use with PM cream, serum, spays etc. It is really hard to over do it with the topicals!!!

I hope this little tid bit of information helps you with your information overload. We all have to keep in mind that the makers of the various products, are "advertizing" and you can't believe all that is claimed for many products. Look for the science to back up claims. Look for independant studies and unaffiliated sources for information. Some of this is available on my custom information pages regarding PM within the ebay store. (There is also advertising there too!) But I try to present the science as well so people can make informed decisions.

i want to order the blossom-s soap so much but i checked the E-bay and it doesnt accept bank transfers, is it true? at the moment it's my only payment option since i can't afford credit cards :(. also the shipping to Europa is expensive but suppose i could give it a try.
