I have irregular periodes, this may be caused by to much estrogen, can i use vitex together with:

red clover
Wild Yam
fenegriek
alfalfa

Dunno about Red Clover, but I'm on Vitex with the other 3 and it's going great. :-)

Are you taking votex with fenugreek? I'm thinking of adding vitex to my routine but read that ot is vest taking it alone. I'm confuse now.

Yes, I am taking Vitex with Fenugreek, and a lot of other stuff too (take a look at my program page if you want). A lot of girls have Vitex in their regimen with lots of different herbs. I think it would only be "bad" if it, for some reason, doesn't work for you, but Vitex is a very safe and common herb. Good luck!
