Hello,
Im taking herbs (fenugreek, fennel, blessed thistle, and borage).I want to do a liver cleanse with the dr clark method, once for week. I read that liver elimitates excess of estrogens, so I donīt know if to do it while of nbe rutine could be bad. :(

Liver cleanse and colon cleanse could be bad for nbe?

Hi, Maria

Doing a liver cleanse is actually HIGHLY recommended while doing NBE!!! The liver, as an important system filter, gets clogged up with the excess estrogens making your program (irregardless of which method) highly ineffective. Some do a liver cleanse between switching programs or starting something new. Some do a cleanse 4 times a year, some do more regularly than that, but it is a good thing to do! :)

There is quite a lot of info regarding this on this forum, so I would recommmend you do a search for "liver cleanse" on this forum, and also look on the reference pages (Links to this on both main page and on the top of each individual forum page).

Good luck to you!

Hi Maria, Katherine,
Good information, thanks. When doing a liver cleanse, do you recommend stopping all NBE? I have recently stalled with my WU program and would appreciate your advice.
Thank you and good luck,
Lanky Lou
