hey ladies,
so i have been very sick for about four days now. my temperature has not gone down below 100 degrees in almost three days. i have bronchitis and the flu, and i am on antibiotics and a bunch of over the counter stuff. i take medication for anxiety, so i can't take medications that are more effective, and i haven't taken herbs in about four days, and probably won't be able to for another week. i only started 2 months ago. i am too sick to massage - my life consists of trying to breathe and sleep and being online because it is relatively mindless and takes little effort! i know some of you girls have gone through this. should i just get back on my regular routine once i feel better? will taking the antibiotics and guaifenesin screw up anything hormonally. i take b.c. should i do a cleanse before i start again, or is that unneccessary? i am about to lose all my luteal swelling and get my period in a couple days. i hope being sick and stressed doesn't shrink me too much :(
any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Sophie, I would recommend doing the cleanse before starting back up just because of the medicine you have been on, if you had just been sick with the flu and breaked from the herbs I don't think it would be that big of a deal, but because of the medicines it might be a good idea - or wait a little bit longer after coming off them before starting your routine.

I hope you feel better soon - I have been done with some stomach bug all week and am just starting to feel better today, so I feel for you.
