Hey! i've only just started on NBE, so i was wondering if i could get some advice. I'm using Fenugreek capsules three times a day, and massaging twice a day using a lotion mixed with Fenugreek. Is this enough to get visible results? i only want about an inch of growth overall.

It is defintely a good start. Everyone responds to herbs differently so it depends. Most basic programs consist of Fennugreek, Saw Palmetto, Flaxseed Oil or Borage Oil and Wild Yam.
