Hey Eve, I'm thinking about following a program similar to yours, and I was wondering some things:

What exactly is bere/beremeal good for? What does it have to do with NBE?

The mixture of herbs that you say you took--what was it exactly? Did you just take the dried herbs, mix them in a bowl and eat them? Or did you eat them with something else? Did you cook them?

Also, did you have hard time with the teas taste-wise? Do you remember what they taste like?

Bere is a food crop, similar to barley and other cereal grains which are often used for breast enhancement.
I usually took the herbs with something else to make them easy to take, such as yogurt for example. They were definitely not cooked as the heat might have destroyed some of their properties.
The teas had other herbs included for taste, so mostly they weren't too bad. They wouldn't be my beverages of choice, but I wouldn't say I found them difficult to take.

Hi Eve,

Did you take any vitamin and mineral supplements with your program? I take some and was wondering if you had as well. Thanks in advance.

Yes I was, but I didn't regard them as part of my program as such as I was already taking them before.

The herbs I used were all standard herbs that you can find in herbalist shops and many online stores.
