I would love to try it, but don't want to be a guinea pig.. Would feel more comfortable if there were more testimonials, but it does sound very promising!
i don't think i would do this myself, but hyaluronic acid is really pretty harmless because it is a natural component of the body. AND...there has been evidence with restylane that after several years, you need less and less. at least with the face, the body begins producing its own collagen, so the face doesn't need as much. not sure how that translates to the breast area though? I do know the the more hydrated you are, the more filled hyaluronic spheres are, and they last longer. Europe always is ahead of us (the u.s.!) in medicine.
are you planning on trying this, ginger? i know you were thinking about surgery before. i'm on progesterone treatment for estrogen dominance. maybe when my hormones are balanced i might try nbe again, but maybe not - just checking back in. this actually is quite reasonable for most people in price i think. and hyaluronic acid actually would feel pretty natural i think. and at least it isn't permanent if you don't like the result!

I have been doing a lot of research in to this too, I've included a link below with reviews from people who have had the procedure done and it does sound really good.
yes i am going to have it done, just got other stuff 2 pay for 1st, its quite expensive, and you do have to have top ups, but i would defo prefere this procedure to implants.
you see with implants they go on the weights, etc and you can end up bigger/smaller than you wanted + im no good with proper anesthetic it sends me demented n i dont want fake boobs, just bigger ones of my own.
I also think the price will come down dramatically the more surgeons that train in it, also with the economy etc so i think 6 months or so, will be trying suction till then i think
That's great, do come back and share your experience with us gingerD... I would consider way into the future (like 10 years from no) as there is so much I want to try first but considering the price it makes me want to just get the implants instead if I get to that point... good luck though :)

Ginger, apparently the max is 100ml (=100cc) that's really not much, you should get more than that from suction or I guess you can use suction then the injection in addition. Not sure if you could use the suction after you'd had the injections as increasing the vascular supply to the area might cause it to break down quicker.

The thing is with this suction,is it goes down through out the day, i know it takes a while to begin to sustain the results

Ginger, I definitely preferred the homemade airlock to the Brava smartbox, you can get brand new domes in original sealed packaging for £350 from ebay and make the airlock for about £2....that brings the cost down a bit. Also from my experience once you see that swelling you won't want to take them off! Do you need to lose weight as well? I think if I put the weight back on that I lost I'd be about 2-2.5 cups bigger than I started but there's no point having nice boobs with a big fat body to frighten hubby away! BB is another alternative that's cheaper - weirdly several of us have suddenly got a result after 15 days (when there was nothing to be seen after 14!). I ca honestly say I would rather have what I have now than have a normal implant inside my body, not just because of the health risks but because in about 95% of cases they look fake and they must feel fake too. I don't think 100cc would be worth doing macrolane for unless you can keep going back every couple of months to get bigger and bigger or unless you're really skinny. Otherwise save up for Celution or did you read the article on the Brava forum about Brava-assissted fat transplantation? They use Brava to increase vascular supply to the treatment aree to prevent the fat from dying and calcifying and the results were amazing! 80-90% of implanted fat survived compared to 50% with previous technology. These boobs look normal too!
The only intimacy issue you're likely to have with Brava is keeping hubby's hands off to let you put the domes back on! Honestly you will see boobs you never dreamed of (and probably some huge freaky fright boobs that teach you that bigger isn't always better). Once you see what they can look like you will be determind to keep them. My pics now without swelling are almost as big as my pics with swelling in the first couple of weeks - honestly I have more than doubled my breast tissue...definitely worth the time and money.
