I am taking wonderup for 2 weeks now, but no changes still occur.Because I am feeling no pain I decided to take protein shakes.Which one are the best? Some users say that 2-3g of L-arginine are good.Should I take them during the day (before I go in fitness club) or on empty stomach before I go to bed?
Hope everything's going well! What exactly are you recommending L-arginine for? I bought some ages ago but never took it but can't remember why I wanted it now!
L-arginine is supposed to affect GH in our bodies, we talked about it in the growng taller thread... but be careful if you are prone to cold sores this is supposed to bring them about.

As Hopeful said it increases the release of growth horomone in the body but it should be taken on an empty stomach before bedtime to do the trick..I have some too they are 1 g but they are tooo big and i have such a hard time swallowing them.
Mine are huge too, I'm going to crush them up. I take vitamin C as a powder and although it doesn't taste great it's much easier to put the powder in your mouth and wash down with a drink than swallowing huge tablet.
