I just switched to a senior account and noticed whenever i reply to a message my email is included which i manually have to remove every time.. is there anyway for me to permanently fix this so i won't have to remove my email address liek this for every post?

Yes that's very easy. Click on 'My Account' and then click on 'Profile' and then remove your e-mail address from the 'External E-Mail' field, which is about halfway down, and then finally save the change.

just removed the email from external links, it was still showing in this reply i'm sending u, but its probably taking a little longer to take effect!

I don't think it can work immediately, but it should take effect next time you login.
Knowledge of this kind may be useful to others but it would probably be hard to find for anyone who has the same query in the future. For this reason I'm going to create a resource for queries of this kind and hopefully it will have some value in the future for anyone unsure of exactly how everything works here.
Another thing, I noticed a lot of people offering items for sale recently, and so as this activity seems to be very much on the increase I'll start a place for that too.

EDit: I love this other new feature that u added as well.. i was about to close a tab that had a NBE page open where i was in the middle of writing a reply and it notified me of it before i closed and gave me an option to ''cancel close tab'' or to ''continue'',
