i used to be on this forum as babyboo ages ago, as i waz using PM as BE, but i stopped that ages ago,
anyway i waz reading through the posts about a week ago and saw that 1 lady had got booty growth from using peruvian macca.. and i want a bigger bum so i throught right im def gonna get some. bought so macca from ebay it is 900mg cost me £10 for 100, and i was taking 5 tablets in the morning with a cup of tea b4 work..not much effort i know lol... and the last few days ive been taking 5 pills 1 day then 6 then 5 etc... andive noticed that my boobs have grown ,,, swelled up, i thought it was my period but they are still mush fuller and my husband has said that they are bigger.. but the thig is that they are not sore or itchy they are just bigger,, im amazed i really am.

just wanted to also say that im assuming that my breat growth is down to taking these macca tablets because there is nothing else that i have changed to my daily diet, i forgot to mention also that i bought macca because of its energy giving qualitys as i have lupus nepritis and lack lots of energy... and i also wanted to help my bumpa grow with the help of a few squats aswell he he... im tempted to start on a be program now hmm mabe mabe i could do with some bigger jordans

i think if it is combined with some weight traing or other excersise it may help build muscles, ie doing breast excersises with this(macca) could mabe help build the breast muscle too.. i suppose its worth a go,,

Would't boobgrowth be nice!(that's what were here for) I've been taking the hormone test and several bodytype tests and everything I look up at the internet indicates I have tired adrenals. So when I started looking for something to regulate my cortisol and for overall health I found Maca was the answer. I only started a few days ago and I'm taking 6000mg a day. I have been sleeping like a baby!! (I didn't sleep well before) I feel better already, but I'm not seeing results yet.(bigger boobies)My butt is fairly big already (Yes, due to squatting over the years) but I would love for my boobies to grow (I have AAcup) I'll keep you posted-please keep me posted too!!

im 25(next month), cup size 34b, weight 10st about. 2 years ago i started using pm pills and cream which worked got to a c cup but was only temporary, as soon as i stopped taking it within a week my boobs would shrink back to norm. so ive been off that for a while now, i tryed the herbs too but i waz too lazy to keep up a decent routine eg pills in the morn afternoon and night massages etc. so i kind of gave up my battle for a while till now. at the mo i take hydrolised collegen for my hair (stronger) and skin, biotin for my hair(grows faster) starflower and epo(when i remember) and a basic multi vit, i also take daily meds for my lupus.
i dont do any massages but i do do this one excersise called the iso push up, its a killer but the more you do it the more you can hold it for and it helps build the muscle under th breast( along with every thing else inc butt arms etc heres a link

i have a breast pump , one of those cheap £20 ones that u pump up it does work after using it for a week or 2 morn and night but stop using it and the girls deflate again.
nice to hear that you have had some nice effects of macca, it really seems like its full of good stuff(dont know what though) thinking about it i too have been sleeping well and i can get through the day without feeling at all tired which is excellent.
one other thing i found to help the apperance of the breast is the avent nipplet, its for nursing mothers or peple with small or inverted nipples, i used it followeed instructions and my nipples are much bigger and are permanently pert and i personally think that they help with getting the more feminin look to the breast, he he i mean if us girls av gotta have small boobies we may aswell make them stand out. avent are little suction pumps size of a thimble that u wear during the day and night in your bra till you see results. x

yep i take pure organic macca- gelatinized macca root powder capsules, they go down quite well to, but i take mine with tea or hot water cause i find it soffens the capsule and helps it go down with no probs xx

was just wondering where you buy your macca from.I got mine from Puritans Pride but it doesnt say gelatinized macca or Peruvian, macca on the bottle,it just says macca,is there a difference between them and it is only 300mg and I try to take about 2,000 mg a day

Well, the info that ''SP is one of the richest sources of plant estrogen'' is already wrong. I believe tho that maca is an interesting herb for boob growth to try, sth more exotic also in the sense that not many people used it, but deffinitely potent. I guess it's more similar to PM than other common NBE herbs. But it's also not as easily available.

i got my maca from ebay, i wanted to buy the best most potent i could find and i came to the conclustion that this was a fair price for it, because some other sites that are selling it are a bit pricy, heres what the ebay shop said

hiya moon, sorry bout that info i dont use sp myself and havnt really been interested in it so dont know much about it, but i found the fact that they mentioned macca interesting as i did not know that it had any use at all in be... also reading up on it i have found info on how it apparently stimulates the pituitary gland or part of it, which controls growth, breast milk aspects of pregnancy, metabolism(energy)blood, pressure,sex organ function, and all these things are claims that macca seems to help so there must be something in it... 4give me if i sound like im blabbing on, im not a scientist im just piecing things together to see if i can come up with a boobie bomb he he xx x

MK3 i gues that maca is maca it just comes in different strengeths like most pills to accomodate you , so personally i would buy the highest strengh just to cut down on the burden of pill popping and still get the most i can.

hiys, ebay is the only place ive bought from as i said the other sites i went on are too expensive for me... i think besides ebay the cheapest i saw waz 100 -600mg tablets for£15 ($29)

but ive been reading up and have found ot that gelatinized maca is easyer to digest but because its pre cooked at high temperature it has less enzymes etc than the standard maca, im disapointed now cause i thought id shosen well, but the pills i have are just made for better digestion.. aparently maca can be hard on the tummy.

im sure there wud be no harm trying out maca in your routine and see if it give a boost, just make sure you take enough of it. its supposed to help balance hormones etc among other stuff, so i believe it wud help. i remember reading articles about teenage girls who didnt develop much breat tissue because of hormone imbalances possible hindering there natural growth at that time in there life, so mabe macca could help bring back balance in BE and thefore helping the actual BE herbs work more effectivly,
im going to buy a high strengh regular maca nex week, gunna forget the gelatinized stuff, i want the full wack heeeee, ive also noticed my skin becoming much softer since ive been taking it, feels like ive just put moisteriser on.. he he its all good

it has developed a bit more,, the area that stickes out the most(wen u turn to the side)is lookin more pert and meatty, but im hopeing to get the whole of my butt bigger, but ive been a bit lazy with the excersises as ive been working alot recently, but its my weekend off this week so its the best time for me to start with my bumpa truck program he he x, i guess it teks time, i will start taking mesurements as of now, as i guess that is the only way to tell, my boobs are atill bigger though ,, . my next batch of maca im going to buy the raw pure stuff not gelitinized, cause i want the full effect, and my pills are made for better digestion so they are less potent, which annoyed me wen i found out but im def getin the strong stuff nex week.

no i havnt noticed any cellulite forming, my thights seem more muscular as well as my butt, and considering ive been doing really weak excersises..ie 10 squats and 25 lunges(nuffin else), i think the macca is helpin me along

and i havnt put on any fat in other olaces, still the same size,,, even though i wud like to be bigger ....

well i noticed the fullness in just a week but bear on mind that i was taking 5 x 900mg tablets a day, but i wudnt say it waz half a cup size just vey full to what they usually are and heavyer.. the last day or so ive been getting slight soreness in my boobs at the side which i think is growth starting,,, i did 2 preg test just incase and they are negative,lol...

im in 2 minds which maca to buy next, the RAW maca i waz talking about is just maca that hasnt ben heated up to aid digestion,, cause wen its heated it looses some of its benifits. i went on ebay ond typed in maca, and found the raw premium powder and 900mg raw organic powder in capsules, the caps are more convenient but the powder you can put in food and drink... hmm i sud jus buy both and stop moanin sudnt i... any ways im gonna email the seller of the 900mg raw powder capsules to see if its gelatinised.
i dont want to pay too mush(cant pay) so if it comes down to it then i suppose i will buy the gelatinised,, cause i have felt a difference from it.. i just want to get the best i can if its possible..
if the maca is gelatinised then the seller will usually tell you. also if you have a doggy tummy then you should be getting the gelatinised maca anyway. just go to ebay and type in maca,, and the choice is yours

That does help. I will let you know if I decide to start taking Maca. I am also considering Vitex and at the time I am considering pros and cons of both. The reason I am considering those is I am actually interested in balancing hormones as well as BE rather than BE alone. I am worried about taking too many phytoestrogens as I think I may be estrogen dominant.. Anyway if Maca and Vitex can help balancing hormones together with boob growth then i am thinking they are definetely worth the try!

im not sure how you would choose between the two , but i guess its all about what you want to get from each.. i read that the viex is an anaphrodisiac, so i wud def not use it cause i want to do everything to bring my libido up not down, so maca seems to be helping in that area quite well, . the claims that vitex helps with fertility are interesting though, i pray that ill get pregnant al the time, but no such luck yet.
id experiment give it a month or so and see how you feel on either one, buti wudnt mix them, even though maca is a food ,, i still wudnt wanna risk it, since both vitex and maca work on the pituary gland, i think that it may be a bit of an overload. but what ever you choose to do please keep me posted, as im interested in both aswell

just to add to my post,, i emailed a seller of maca and this was the reply (on ebay)
I am only selling raw maca capsules at present and raw maca powder as there has been a delay on our items from Peru.
A teaspoon of maca is 3 capsules level or 4 capsules heaped @ 900mg.
Maca is much cheaper to buy and consume in powder, a 500g bag of maca would contain as much maca as 500 900mg capsules yet only cost less than 200 capsules, however you need to buy fresh juice to mix the powder into as it does not taste so nice to many people

I am sure Maca can help a lot in this direction as I ve read testimonials of women who got pregnant while on Maca. I think I am gonna start Vitex and see how it goes as I am worried about the Maca weight gain effect. Other than that Maca sounds like a God send herb lol :-)
