I tried WU last year but quit after 2 months because I thought it wasn't working. Maybe I didn't wait long enough. Anyway, I want to give NBE a shot again and I would love to get your opinion on my program.
I am 5.7 tall and weigh 130 pounds. I only smoke once in a while but I can totally quit for NBE. I drink a bit, but I will try to drink red wine instead of beer :) I like to drink coffee but I'm not addicted so I can definetely reduce my coffee intake.
I exercise 3 times a week (I do fitness, running, dance classes and some weight lifting at the gym)
Here are my current measurements:
Underbust: 29 inches
Bust: 33 inches
Current breast size: 34 A
Goal: 34 C
Here's my program:
AM
Nettle (500mg), fennel (480 mg), multivitamins, red grapevine and black currant pill (for blood circulation)
Oatmeal with 2 tbsp flaxseed, smoothie (apples, bananas)
Massage with Wonderup lotion
PM
Fennel (480 mg)
Night
Fennel tea, borage (1000mg), nettle (500mg), red grapevine and black currant pill for blood circulation
Massage with Wonderup lotion
I will try to eat some boobie foods, especially from day 10 to day 14 and also from day 18 to day 24 (our body produces more estrogen on these days). I will also try to cut down sugar and will avoid carbs at night.
I also bought some fennel and some barley tea that I will drink every day.
I also need to add that I took the online hormone test and seem to have estrogen deficiency and excess androgens. I also used to have some ovarian cysts (actually I still don't know if they are gone yet, but my doctor said they would leave easily with my pill) I am on Diane 35 and have been taking it for about a year, but I haven't grown from it (just some swelling in the lutual phase)
I just want to know if what I'm taking is all right or if I should add some herbs...
it'd be really cool if someone could give me some advice... thanks:)
2 months was not a lot of time to give a program, but it depens. If you were getting signs, such as pains and tingles, then it was deffinitely too soon to quit. If you weren't, then you possibly could still grow, as some do report growth without any signs. Or it could mean that WU wouldn't work for you, but in cases where one herb routine doesn't work, most often another one won't either and you need something else to make you grow, some other method in addition to herbs.
Your program looks a bit weak to me as you only estrogenic herb is fennel and fennel is not the strongest herb. I think WU has a better composition than this program. The doses of herbs depend on your size and horome balance. If you are tall, skinny and have signs of estrogen deficiency then you'd probably stall realitively fast and need smaller doses, but if you are curvy then you could get away with higher doses. Also depends on your overall size. Since you have signs of estrogen deficiency I don't think fennel is the best herb for you cause it's weak, but soy might be a good choice.
I am also taking Diane 35 (it's called Dianette in the UK) for ovarian cysts. Do you have other hormonal symptoms like body / facial hair or acne? I think the only symptom of PCO I don't have is male-pattern baldness! Thank God! I've taken WU for about 3 months then had a break to get hormone tests done, then been back with it for about 6 months and really don't think it's done much for me. I did get a lot of aches and tingles when I first started but not much since. Brava really worked well for me though as it doesn't rely on your hormones being balanced or your digestive system being in good order. Do you take Metformin too? What're your other measurements like? I'm short and curvy, height 5'1, waist 24, hips 35.5, boobs 30D / 32C (starting 32A-B), weight about 107 lbs. Don't know if I've grown from Dianette, have never had any luteal swelling with or without it. Will be changing brands soon, probably to Yasmin which also has a testosterone blocker. I'd say Dianette has been pretty good for fixing hairiness but has not controlled my skin as well as Mycrgynon.
I agree with Moon about the herbs, but think you may be better spending your money on Brava / BB if you can commit the time.
Thank you so much for your answsers, Moon and Louise.
Moon, I actually had some tingles and pains with WU but I was massaging at the same time so I wasn't sure where the pains came from. I also think WU could've worked, but at that time I thought my new pill might do the trick and I stopped WU to avoid interference between herbs and the pill.
Now I'd like to try single herbs because I'd like to find a programm that it is really adapted to me and I think WU is expensive compared to single herbs, too.
I am tall (5.7) but neither curvy nor skinny; I am pretty normal. I have hips but a small waist and a normal bottom, but small boobs :( I have a bit of fat around my hips too, so I'm not skinny.
Louise, I don't have any other hormonal symptoms like body / facial hair or acne. I've had some acne before, but just like other teenagers. I'm 24 by the way. I used to be on Yasmin but I didn't have any growth either. I've been taking the pill for 7 years actually, changed pills 3 or 4 times and it has never helped me grow.
I don't know about Brava because I don't spend a lot of time at home, or at least not enough. I'd rather try herbs again because I feel like it could work.
Add a strong estrogenic herb and you will have a fine routine. Fenugreek is the main NBE herb, but you could also use soy or red clover. FG should be easily available either in pills or in dried herb form, tho I'm not sure how you can take the latter, if I'm not mistaking FG tea doesn't have the best taste. You could also bring in plenty of soy with soy products like soy milk, soy chese or you could cook a meal from soy beans if you don't mind spending some time. Taste may be a problem here too, tho some people love it, I find anything made from soy disgusting lol. Basically I think an ordinary estrogenic routine would be suitable for you. You might also add cayenne for circulation, tho you should learn about how it has to be taken which you'll be able to find by making a search. Good luck!
Thank you so much Moon.
Maybe I'll try taking soy and adding some to my diet, I already drink soy milk, I like it quite a lot actually. And I like cooking too, so I could cook some meals with soy beans. Is it a good idea to take soy isoflavones? Is that exactly like soy?
For blood circulation I might take ginkgo again, I used to take it for blood circulation and it worked quite well on me.

In what form did you take the gingko biloba? Was it tablets? Any good website where I can order them? Thanx!
Hi Zuri!
The gingko I took was just pills I got from a local pharmacy. But if you don't find it in your area you can buy it online. You could try www.iherb.com or www.swansonvitamins.com for instance.
