For those who have seen previous comment in this forum on the Vanity natural breast enhancer product, here is a report from ABC News:

SHELBY COUNTY, TN - A Shelby internet businessman was arrested March 24, Monday, on 37 charges of deceptive business practices, computer fraud and imitating a licensed professional.
Authorities say Perry Belcher, 43, of Lakeland, was arrested for deceiving the public by "selling over the internet what various websites claim to be different types of products and medical information to cure many different ailments."
According to court documents, Belcher owns and operates Selmedica, a company that claims, on its website, to manufacture products to treat a wide variety of problems. Officials say that according to their investigation, Belcher used illegal deceptive means to market these products and to defraud, including shaky medicinal remedies, fictional characters and lots of internet hype.
The document states the company claims to have made every product it sells under FDA regulations. The products were not made, as Belcher claimed, in "a state of the art facility under the strict guidelines of the FDA's Good Manufacturing Process," officials said.
The complaint also states that the company claimed to sell books written by medical experts. Officials say the investigation revealed the books were not written by medical experts. The alleged authors were fictitious characters created by Belcher.
Selmedica's various websites also featured fictitious medical profesionals endorsing the products. "Gives victims a false sense of security that the product is written or endorsed by a medical professionals," Shelby County detective Steve Bierbrodt said.
The complaint states the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South has received more than 100 complaints over the past 7 years on Selmedica, Perry Belcher and his business partners. The complaint states that Belcher has also done business in the names of Selmedica Affiliates, Selmedica Healthcare, Increase Media, HealthyRightNow.com, Spring Time Herbs, Perry M. Belcher Companies, Gotcha Marketing, and AMI, Inc.
The District Attorney General's office served search warrants at 3 locations last week and during the raids confiscated 20,838 bottles of Selmedica products and a complete collection of the books written by the non-existent experts.
Anyone who believes they are a victim of Selmedica or Perry Belcher is asked to call the Shelby Sheriff's Office at (901) 545-3268 or email at selmedica@shelby-sheriff.org.

The Vanity website has gone now, except for a one line statement that simply says "Vanity has been discontinued."
