Hi All
I had amazing 34C boobs, they looked liked implants, didnt move when I lay down.... then i breast fed 3 children and goodbye boobs.
they increased from a 34C to a 38F when feeding and so I'm now left with loose skin (not obvious to look at - just to me) and hardly anything left inside my deflated beanbags. when i lay flat, my chest goes 100%.
Implants are not an option - no ofense to anyone atall, but I just couldnt live with the thought of two round solid things in my body! Even though they look great on some people.
Want to try anything herbel.. Tried to go on the pill (contraceptive) which actually made my boobs smaller.
I dont want to be on pills for the rest of my life... is this what I'm facing?
if I had pre-baby A cups - I wouldnt mind 1 bit... its the empty sacks that I dont like.
Any advice? Tips?
Many thanks, this is getting me down now!
Hi Kitty,
Your story reminded me a little of Kieyah's story. She also had bigger breasts before kids and was able to create a very nice change with her program.
This is a link to her picture thread and her program page is linked at the bottom of that page. Although you may or may not respond to the things she tried, I thought her pictures and story would inspire you.

You can find the picture and program links on the main menu. You will also find the links to the newcomers thread where you can learn some great info about how to create a program that is specific to your needs.
I only had small 34B boobs was was left with deflated A boobs after nursing 3 kids. I am 6 months post pumping for my twins and I have been using magnets, blossom s soap and about to get some st herb pm cream. I must say just after using the soap my boobs seem fuller and it has only been a week.
yeah, you sound a lot like where I was before I found nbe. By the way my "before" pic on this forum is actually after I finished using BB and before starting herbs. I am pleased to say I am almost back to my original size! I lost a LOT though. It sounds like you don't have as far to go as I did. I probably should be happy with what I have already accomplished but I still want a little bit more. Anyway, just wanted to say that there really is hope. it takes a lot of time and patients and sometimes experimentation to find what works for you. But it really can happen!
There are many forums on this site devoted to many different methods of nbe. If you're looking for suggestions some inexpensive thing to start out with would probably be single herbs like fenugreek or fennel. There are many that you could use actually, but these seem to be what most people are using. If you'd rather use a commercial brand, try wonderup. Then there is also magnets which is quite inexpensive and you could combine these with taking herbs. Then there are the suction devices. I think the most inexpensive is noogleberry. Though i've never used it myself it would be an inexpensive way to find out if your body responds well to suction. There are even more methods but these are a few inexpensive ways to find out what you might respond to and help start you out.
