my routine, any suggestions?

Alright, I started this a few weeks ago.

I'm on birth control. I work out daily, just for a stress reliever, and I do drink tea. I've started to drink herbal tea though, specifically spearmint, since I have read that it's good for boob growth.

ok
Morning: At least a ten minute massage with cocoa butter and vitamin E oil.

fenugreek 575mg
fennel 575mg
EPR 1500mg
SP 575mg
and a multivitamin.

Evening: at least a ten minute message with cocoa butter and vitamin E oil

fenugreek 575mg
fennel 575mg
SP 575mg
Borage oil 1050 mg
Royal Jelly 2000 mg

I eat a lot of eggs and I drink Soy milk rather than normal cows milk. (I'm sligtly lactose intolerate, so it's better for me anyways)

So far my boobs seem a lot nicer as far as their shape goes. I think that's mainly from the messages. They're a lot perkier. They look a little bit bigger, but again, that may just be from massaging.

Does anyone think that i shoul increase or decrease any dosages?
I was thinking of increasing my fenugreek intake to 1500mg.
I do have messed up hormones naturally, but I am BC, so it's helped quite a bit.

Any suggestions on for me?

Same thing I said to someone else:

You need to give some stats about yourself if you want any advice at all, like age, weight, height + take this online test to at least get an idea if you have any hormonal issues:

http://www.johnleemd.com/store/resource_hormonetest.html

Once you do this you can start to have a slight idea of what needs to be done, or at least we can help more.

-------------

So yes your routine sounds good on thw surface as those are normal NBE herbs and so forth but without knowing if you have any hormonal issues we can't exactly give advice if it is the best program for YOU. Know what I mean?

good luck

I'm 20 years old, 5'1", about 115lbs, and I have a hormonal imbalance. I'm on BCP for it.

I've been on it for a few months so I should be set as far as my hormones being regulated goes.

I work out daily, just as a stress reducer.

I eat pretty healthy but I don't eat that much red meat. I eat eggs every morning for breakfast and I eat a lot of tuna and chicken.

Ok, your BMI sounds good so this is not a weight issue and you sound pretty healthy overall. But again, what particular hormonal imbalance do you have? excess androgens (acne, hair, etc like me) which would mean yes you need to keep up the SP, or perhaps use nettle root, pumpkin seed oil, spearmint tea? estrogen dominance (same as progesterne deficiency) which would need vitex, progesterone cream? etc :)

I am apparently estrongen dominant, and progestrone deficent. I do have acne/the hair growth problem. And I do have problems with anxiety, PMS, and insomnia.

According to that online test, I may be cortisol deficient too, because I definitely have thin dry skin.

I ave been trying to drink spearmint tea. I am not sure how much pumpkin seed oil I would need to take though.

An as for Nettle, I know that I would need to take about 1500mg of that since I know it isn't as potent as SP is.

Vitex you need to take just seperately right? Are the results with Vitex permanent, or do you need to stay on it for it to continue working?

I know you can't take Vitex with any other herbs and you need to take just Vitex for results.

Thanks so much for responding. :-) I really appreciate it.
