Well at the moment i barely feel a 34AA bra and my left 'boob' is more defined that the right one. For the last month i've been taking PerfectC which has made my chest area a bit perter and the skin softer but i'm no bigger!

What would you advise i take to encourage growth? Also how can i make sure i don't end up lopesided?

You need to give some stats about yourself if you want any advice at all, like age, weight, height + take this online test to at least get an idea if you have any hormonal issues:

Once you do this you can start to have a slight idea of what needs to be done, or at least we can help more. k?

I'm 28, white and weigh 125 pounds. I've taken the test and appear to have excess estrogen/progesterone deficiency. I take the BCP called Marvelon.

The herb of choice for estrogen dominance / progesterone deficiency is vitex taken alone for at least 6 months. Progesterone cream is another option but I don't know the details about how a program with it is usually devised. You could find out more by making a search.

So you wouldn't suggest Wonderup or a conconction of fenugreek and other herbs then?

I probably also have progesterone deficiency so I ordered a progesterone cream and hope to use it together with a couple of herbs taken orally (Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek). The cream is supposed to be used from the 12th until the 27th day of the menstrual cycle as this is the time when pregesterone is produced physically in our bodies. I am also considering using a PM (pueraria Mirifica) cream, which has estrogenic effects, for the rest of the menstrual cycle. And I will also be taking the herbs throughout the whole cycle. Still waiting for the products to come through the post, so don't have any exprerience of using them yet, but hope that this is a good combination for my situation. I've also read RosePapillon's post about dividing products during the m/c which made a lot of sense and confirmed my idea of combining the creams at different days of the m/c.

In case you want to supplement herbs with a progesterone cream this is the one I ordered:

If you need to ask anything else, I would be happy to help. I will hopefully start my routine soon and will be able to post about my experience with the products.

If you absolutely have estrogen dominance/progesterone deficiency (which can truly only be tested by a blood test) than yes, sorry to say, but fenu, wonderup, etc are not for you. You have to balance off your hormones and deal with the excess estrogen. This is why vitex is good (as it balances all your hormone levels after about 3 months or so it starts to work) and progesterone cream as it helps even out the imbalance however you should only use the cream if you really need to. Its quite serious and not something to be taken lightly. So thats why most people with your situation use vitex and go from there. good luck

I did not say anything is wrong with progesterone cream, only that it should not be taken lightly meaning you should use it wisely.

waxingmoon has discussed this numerous times, you can view her posts on it by doing a search here and I believe on the general reference page however in the following link she briefly explains why progesterone should be used wisely:

hope this helps you understand.
