I just started my new NBE progam and decided to massage with borage oil, but I found out that it takes awhile for my skin to absorb it. I tried massage and it did help facilitate absorption, but it still took a bit long. I was worried that too much massage, if there is such a thing, may do more harm than good. So, can you give your breasts too much massage?
You put on too much oil! Use less.
There have been side effects from massage on GY massage program, like sickness and uterine pain, so theoretically it's possible that you stimulate the hypophisis to secrete too much prolactin with massage, but I think it differs between people and not most people can cause that with massage. And GY accounts for 80 minutes of massage a day and I don't think most people spend that much time massaging.
Then also my lobes got really hard from very agressive massage (they became surrounded with more connective tissue), but I'm not sure if that's bad in any way or irrelevant.
Is that so? I'll try reducing the oil I'll apply, then. Wahaika's boobie batter suggestion seems good, so I'll try it. Anyway, I'm glad to know I'm not doing too much massage. Thanks, all of you!
i don't massage for very long, maybe ten mins altogether at night, i don't use herbs with it either, i have this aura cacia grapeseed oil that i put a few drops of aura cacia ylang ylang III essential oils into when i first bought it, and it works just the same, and it absorbs fantastically! you don't have to use herbs with massage but if you do i highly reccomend using extracts intead of powders, the extracts are more absorbing and you don't have to worry about powders getting all over your sheets and stuff. using heat on LOW for no more than 20 mins is a really good idea, esspessially if your using herbs or extracts with your massage. using high heat is bad and using even low heat for too long will reduce effectivness. which is why 15-20 mins is most reccomended by most people.
hey no problem! yeah, i'be been seriously slaking on my massage and i've been missing doses of my herbs and stuff so i gotta get back on track, but i've retained what fullness i've gained!!!!
i hope you get BIG results!!! :)
