I measured today. Just recently finished my period so I'm at about my smallest and my underbust is down a bit but my bust is up an inch from when I started 5 months ago. Filling out my biggest bra better too. I'm feeling pretty happy right now.

Thanks ladies. I never made a program page. I started with the estrogen route taking fenugreek, fennel, SP and wild yam. It gave me the worst estrogen dominant symptoms. So then I switched to vitex and SP. I also take collagen pills called Genacol. I up'd my protein by eating more meat, dairy, sprouted nuts, seeds and grains. I also take a hemp protein powder in my morning smoothie and take a hemp plus maca protein powder in my after workout smoothie. I make sure I eat flax and oats every day. I also make a broth out of turkey wings and chicken bones and have some of that every night. I do the rotation massage every morning and night and also do the pansyclub massage in the evening right before I eat a booboie friendly dinner with protein and my broth. Sometimes, if I have time, I throw in another massage that consists of kneadning and twisting type motions that I found online. Oh, I also chew fennel seeds after my meals. I think those are all the things I do that that are known to help with NBE. I do alot of other things for general health too and I'm not sure if they help with NBE. I eat a primarily raw food diet and I also take some microaglae in pill form. I eat more cayenne and garlic to help with my circulation.

Congrats! Did you at any point experience worsening of period and PMS related symptoms? It's suppose to happen temporarily somewhere arround month 2 I think before the progesteron effect kicks in, or many vitex users report it anyway.

Well, to be completely honest, ABSOLUTELY!!! I still feel a bit insane after my perod is done for some reason. I've only been on the vitex for about 3 to 4 months and PMS is gone and I have less pain during my period but there is this short time just after that I feel insane. I think I've got a good handle on it but it's tough. Not having the painful period I had before is such a bonus.

Is the ''insanity'' declining? When did it start showing up?
Anyway thanks for answers, this is good info for our collective knowledge. I would like to find a way to prevent this estrogenic hormonal blow that vitex causes, supposedly temporarily, especially since I plan to try it soon, tho I'm not so much at risk for it since I'm not estrogen dominant.

It's hard to say. I haven't been keeping track of what's happened during what months very well. I think I had a more painful period between 2 to 3 months on vitex. Then the next month was also painful but I think I remember needing less pain killers but I felt really emotional and angry after my period finished. This last month was relatively pain free but I still felt emotional afterwards. I'll keep you posted as to how my next month goes. With all the pain and emotion I've still felt, my PMS does really seem to have dissapeared. This last period, I didn't feel like taking anyone down before it started. It's weird because it seems that PMS isn't gone but somehow moved until after my period. So I guess I don't have preMS but instead postMS.
