Stress on the body...

What exactly are the best herbs etc to take for someone who is incredibly stressed. I have had extreme amounts of stress and I genereally get very little sleep per night.

I tried looking up the best info on this, and it's hard trying to find valid or clear info with all these pages.

Also, I know that Maca is good, but honestly, I've already got a big enough booty. No joke, I've got the roundest biggest bum on the planet. If Maca doesn't build up fat, then i'll try it, but if it builds up muscle, I might be ok with that.

My brests are getting rounder, but not fuller. They're pretty flat at upper part of my brest. Are pushup/pec excersizes really ok to do for better boobies?

Doing them make me nervous. I used to lift weights like it was my job, and my boobs just shrank when I even did one set every other day for pecs.

on the stress and no sleep, here is what I took and it helped a great deal is 5HTP and melatonin. I found I needed 200mg of the 5-htp. You might need more or less. try it for 2 weeks before you mess with the dose. some more possibilities to try are johns wort and valarian root.
