Hidey-Ho! Overdose?

I figured I'd say hello, and that if this topic is in the wrong forum category, I apologize in advance to the mods. (I've never been very good at forum navigation!) I've been searching the internet for several months in search of viable methods that could increase my bust size, but I've been too reluctant and distrusting to actually buy anything... and then I came across this forum. I've read several threads already which include information that I'd probably have to pay for elsewhere (like on that flat2fab website). In other words, I like it here. I'm going to use the information in this forum to put a program together for myself, but since I'm a noob at this stuff I know I'll be asking a lot of questions.

Anywho, here is an introduction of myself. My alias for the internet is Albino Alien, but anyone who wishes so can call me AA. I am a 20-year-old-female who has been very insecure about her breast size since I was a freshman in high school. Since then my insecurities have dwindled to the point that I am "okay" with my breast size, but I'd still like to see them grow a bit more (even though I know it isn't necessary). I'm fairly small-boned, 5'9", roughly 120lbs, and can't really fill a 32B; I simply hate how I look better in a bra than I do when I'm topless. I work out about three times a week, and am a borderline vegetarian who stays away from caffeine. I'm on birth control and zoloft. The reason I'm giving these bits of information is that I know that how my body and diet are is going to affect my breast enlargement. Also I wanted you all to know that I'm serious about learning.

I have one question to start off with: How will I be able to know how much is too much? I have fenugreek seed in capsules of 610MG that I purchased at a local health store, which I am going to start taking regularly when I have a plan of action. I also have raw fenugreek seeds and fennel in the kitchen cabinet that I can boil into a tea or mix with lotion. I really have no idea how much will be right for me, and I know you probably won't either-but any starting suggestions would be very helpful.

Hey AA. Your body type sounds similar to mine. Especially when I was 20. I'm 31 now. I tried the estrogen route and it made me have very bad symptoms. Then I tried vitex to help balance my progesterone to estrogen ratio. I am slowly re-introducing estrogen into my routine and I think that for my body type, (and yours) less is more. If your hormones are balanced and you are going to try the estrogen route maybe start slow with whatever pills you decide to take. Did you go to the newbies page and see if you had any hormonal imbalance problems? That might help you better decide what herbs to take. I highly recommend massage. It seems to help a lot of girls, especially with getting a better shape if not growth.

Hi, Lankygirl. I didn't see that hormonal imbalance test at first, but I just checked it out. The only boxes I checked were PMS (I'm pretty sure every girl gets that) and dry skin (I take really long showers sometimes, I'm sure that's what dries me out). In other words, I think I'm A-OKAY with my hormones.

I've been massaging for a while now, but not as religiously as I know I should. I'm going to try to do it twice a day (if not, thrice) with a mixture of cocoa butter and fenugreek tea (I'd really rather use wild yam extract, but I can't find any). I'm going to continue doing push-ups to work my pectorals every day, and try to get more protein in my diet via shakes/bars as well. Oh! And I'll be taking those pills twice a day, too.

I think I'll also take photos to see if anything is changing over the months, and keep a diary of what I've been doing to stimulate growth. I read that it's a good idea somewhere on here... I'm feeling like a scientist right now.

The first thing you need to do is figure out what sort of a hormonal imbalance you have to know which herbs to take (the test gives you an idea). As for FG the recomended starting dose is 1800 mg. If you take several herbs together you have to take into account that their actions add up. Look at the program pages how much of what other people are taking. Also it should say on the bottle no?

I've looked at that test, and from the looks of it I don't have any expressed symptoms. So, I'm thinking maybe I should take fenugreek with some wild yam/vitex since those would theoretically keep my hormonal balance. Or do you think it would be alright for me to concentrate on the fenugreek?

For not much of any symptoms a usual estrogenic program is recomended. Maybe you could also add an adrogen blocker just in case. I'm not sure about vitex, it's kindof a special herb.

Adrogen blocker, huh? I'll definitely consider that in my plan. Thanks for telling me!
