pains

I haven't really experienced any growth pains in the two months that I have been doing NBE. But just starting a few days ago, when I started to eat red meats again, my chest has gotten soar. I looked at my birth control dates and my period is about a week and a half away. It's weird. I don't usually get pains in my chest until right before my period.

I hope it's growth pains! Can anyone relate? :-/

By pains in the chest, you mean in your breasts right? Since they appeared right after starting eating meat again, a possible explanation that occures to me is that before you weren't getting enoguh protein. It's a very interesting bit of info regarding the importance of protein intake (assuming I'm right on the explanation).

Yea, by chest pains I mean I have pain in my breasts.

I think it may be because a lack of protein. My school has horrible food, so I haven't been able to eat properly for the past couple of months. I ate a lot of red meat the past few days. Hopefully it means that I am growing. I hope it is.

I am going to start making my whey and tofu smoothies again this summer. they have tofu that is specifically for smoothies. It's so good. Better than putting yogurt, ice cream or anything else.

I recommend it to anyone.

Pains do most often mean growing, so it looks promising. I've be thinking that I've neglected protein intake of late as well and I went to drink a large cup of milk right after lol. :p I did drink lots of milk at the time when I grew a couple of months ago.

I think I need to go buy some more milk. That or soy milk. I was drinking a lot of soy milk. Tastes sooo good. I love it.
