new here, what's a girl to do?

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum, and it seems to have a load of information, maybe even too much! I honestly don't know where to begin!

About me: 34 years old, mother of two. On hormonal birth control (which has had absolutely no effect on my breast size). Before having children, I wore a 36C, although I have asymmetrical breasts (the right breast was a B at the time). After nursing my children for a year each, my breasts are now much smaller. I wear a 36B, but the smaller breast doesn't even fill an A cup anymore. I used to be able to fake symmetry by putting extra push-up bra padding in the smaller cup, but since I practically have nothing on that side anymore, there's nothing to push up!

I don't want to undergo surgery, or spend hundreds of dollars on premade supplements that may not work. I'm currently taking fenugreek and saw palmetto, but I suspect I need to take much more for it to have any effect.

Any tips on where to begin would be appreciated!

Thanks :)

A combination of Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto is a good place to start :)

I'm new to this as well, so I can't give you any real advice about what to take or what to do, but I've found massage to be quite helpful.

Also, I buy my herbs at Puritan.com - reasonable prices, and you can often find 2 for 1 or buy 2 get 3 free deals from time to time :)

Thanks for the feedback. I've been on the saw palmetto & fenugreek for about a month now, but I think I need up increase my dosage. I do have some tenderness, but that's it.

I guess I should look up massage techniques. That's something I haven't tried yet.

If you're only taking those two herbs you'd need to be taking a substantial amount to have any real impact. It happens quite a lot that women start off with small amounts that aren't likely to do very much.
