I'm pretty sure Maca makes you gain weight in your breasts and butt. So try that out. It makes you gain fat, not muslce in your butt, if that's what you're looking for.
I have a bum, not just a fat bum, but a bum with a lot of muscle, people liked it as it was, then I started to do lunges and now it is so round and perky that it's insane. I didn't think it could get any rounder, but it did.
If you do something for your glutes, especially lunges, you won't be sorry.
I only do three sets of 15 reps and my bum is a lot better after only 2 months.
of what i read ... was butt and boobs that grew bigger but not elsewhere ...make a search on macca...we have quiet a few links regarding macca on the site .
OK from what I hear I have a really nice lookin backside. Everyone seems to comment on it. Anyways, squads & lunges are great. You don't a fat butt cuz then it will be flabby and cellulitie. If your looking for something to grab a muscular butt when relaxed will do the trick. Not to mention that the exercise will lift and tone so its nice and round not snaggy and flabby.

Does anyone know how much MACA we should take for it to help with the butt/booty combo? Cause I am as flat in the back as I am in the front and would LOVE if something could help both. I am currently considering making it a part of my routine (after reading this post and Waxingmoon's hilarious MACA journey), but couldnt find dosage info...any ideas....
