I have been on wonderup for a month and have no signs of growth, pains or tingles.

I take aditionally saw palmetto(will change to stinging nettle root)fish oil and vitamins

Now ,Should i up the wonder up by a pill,or decrease pills?

I have fenugreek, saw palmetto.wild yam and red clover extracts and was thinking about adding the red clover to my routine ,any suggestions?

I am going to order cayenne or circulation blend too.

Any sugestions will be much appreciated.

I have noticed way better skin with the wonderup and fish oil,not sure if i need pumpkin, flax and borage oil also?

So if someone has tips ..........

I don't know, maybe a month isn't that long. I didn't get any sensation from Wonderup except for the awful itch. It's not very nice but I now understand that it's a good thing. Is it necessary to take all these other things as well? I'm not taking anything extra, except mutivitamin and drink lots of milk.

Hi Amy,

I took wonderup for 18 months and didn't get growth until I was taking it for ten months, you need to take it for at least three months. like Crystal said, I don't think you need to add anything. Wonderup is very strong. I wouldn't take more than the recommended six pills daily. don't decrease the dose either, I took two in the morning, two in the afternoon and two in the evening.

Is there a reason you are taking extra Saw Palmetto? I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that with WU you really wouldn't need to be taking anything extra as it was well formulated. Try dropping the extra SP for a few weeks and see if that makes a difference.
I def. wouldn't add anything else to your routine though until you have given it at least 3 months, otherwise you could be causing yourself to stall.

Also one month isn't really long enough to go one way or the other. Some women grow without feeling anything. Keep in mind that sometimes its not actual growth you see first, but a changing in the breast shape and appearance, this is a good sign, and does mean you are growing, it just might not be measurable yet.

I am going onto my 3rd month. I don't really feel any signs but i think i have grown a little bit fuller, just because my bras are a little tighter. Sometimes they itch but it isn't like a constant thing, and sometimes i think it is in my mind :) I was thinking about starting to put up monthly pics so everyone interested in WU can see what happens on a monthly bases. If you like I can do that. As of right now according to my pics, my boobs look bigger when i started than they did after a month of WU. It because of the shadow.
