Is this correct?

Hello,

On NBE General Reference I have read that "Ok-now you dont nessisarilly have to use only the 'Progesterone' cream (I did, but it can be a pain kind of) You can instead use MILK THISTLE. It does the same exact thing you just dont have to rub the cream in you just take it by mouth as many times recommended on the bottle" by Sunset.

Is this true? The reason my i am questioning it cause I did FatFlash away back I they adviced me to also use Milk Thistle for liver cleansing so I don't see how it is the same as progesterone cream. Could someone please explain, thank you.

P.

Another research topic by Sunset eh?

Never trust anything just because it's posted somewhere on the boards. Progesterone cream and milk thistle does NOT do the same thing.

That information is not correct. Milk Thistle has absolutely not effect on your progesterone level. It is generally used for detox of the liver as you stated.

The only herb that will help to increase progesterone is Vitex. It also causes a reduction in prolactin.

Progesterone cream is a direct way to increase progesterone, but it is used in very precise ways. I would not call it hard to use, but it has to be used correctly.

Thanks for asking about it Polina. I added a correction to the general info thread you were reading in case someone else comes across it.
