i am trying to decide whether to take wonderup natureday or whole herbs, i have done a lot of reading on this forum and the more i read the more confused i am getting on whats the best thing to take

i know they all work differently for everyone but it would be helpful if anyo of you who have tried any or all of these methods could let me know how you got on

I have been on the NBE quest for 4 months. I first tried Breast Actives, only because when you search NBE on the internet, it seems that they are the most popular. I have to admit, I doubled and then tripled the dose and saw some initial results. But I knew enough about NBE to know that 400mg of Fenugreek was not enough to cause any breast change. I have also tried Breast Success and Wonderup. My first month on Wonderup, caused my very regular period to be delayed, almost 2 weeks, actually. After reading on this website, I now know that is normal b/c Wonderup has such a large doseage of the ingredients that are needed for breast enhancement. BUT...I have to tell you, I just recently purchased Nature Day, just the liquid. I have seen such a huge difference in 2 weeks with Nature day...I almost could't believe it. The liquid is very bitter and I have found mixing it with Orange Juice makes it tolerable. But, by far, my vote is for Nature Day. They have so many testimonials on the website, it is hard not to get excited about something that has worked for so many women and men...I have seen a big difference with the liquid and so have many other people that I know. I actually rub some of the liquid herbs on my breasts each night and within 15 mins, I can feel tingling. Just my experience...hope that it helped!

I tried Natureday and I thought it might be working, but I noticed that I seemed to be getting cellulite. Maybe it was the saw palmetto in Natureday, I don't know really. That's what I read here it might be. Now I've started Wonderup and it seems to be working a lot better for me than Natureday and without any cellulite. I guess everyone's different in what works for them, but having tried both Natureday and Wonderup my vote definitely goes to Wonderup.
