Basic information

hey, while reading on this site i noticed it said that you should have at least a body mass of 19 for NBE to work. Mine is only about 17/8. For some reason i dont gain weight despite how much i eat. How does this affect me?

Hi Sunnitta,
The idea of body mass is a rough indication of how well your body can build muscle and body fat. Those with a low body mass are, like you, less likely to be able to increase their body weight.

Although there are some instances of women who have naturally large breasts and are very thin, those are exceptions to the rule. One of the things that makes breasts big is fat and the more fat a woman has, in general, the bigger her breasts will be.

Your a body mass would make it a little harder for you to do NBE. Mostly it is what you say about not being able to increase your weight. But, here is the good news. Most women who do herbal NBE notice an increase in body weight.

If you are eating enough calories then your body should be able to gain weight unless you have some endocrine issue. If I knew how tall you were I could give you a rough estimate of calories per day that would help you increase your weight.
