Hello everyone! I am so glad for this forum and am so grateful for such a helpful community =) On with my point: so i have a few questions and here they are:
1.) I have slight pcos, and am wondering what the best approach is to nbe...if anyone has had success with pcos and nbe please share your secrets....
2.) I have read that saw palmetto is great for nbe and also for my pcos condition the only problem is that i have also heard that it can impact ur future kids its hypothesized that it can cause birth defects in babies- has anyone else heard this?
3.) Soy products seem to be a big deal for nbe and I am sort of wary of that because I have read so much on how soy products are harmful (despite popular sciene tells us) and that it can cause thyroid problems, I don't want anything to mess with my thyroid because that could result in unwated weight gain, hairloss from head and hair gain in other parts of the body, etc. So what are your personal experiences with soy?
4.) I drink a lot of tea, and am trying to cut back on it- how detrimental is 2-3 cups of tea a day to nbe (right now i drink 10-14 cups i know krazy!)...
5.) I don't know where to start in terms of method- i am almost tempted to just go on wonderup pills and see how that works out, but do i need to take more herbs in addition to the pills, or is it more effective to just take individual herbs? Please share your personal experiences- I would truly appreciate it.
6.) I just got on yasmin birth control pills, its been about 2weeks, how long should I wait before I can start nbe since I have been told that its better to wait a while and see how my body reacts to bcp before i add more hormones, btw this is my first time with bcp
7.) Before I start nbe I would like to do a whole liver body cleanse or detox, and am wondering what is the best method to do for nbe?
Lastly, I do apologize if I asked questions that may have already been answered, I love this forum but it is rather difficult to find what your looking for because the search is limited to the forum you are on, so if you feel that there is already an answer for my question/s then please post me the url so that i can read that, I truly appreciate u guys and i hope this works for us all =)

Hi Tiffany,
Welcome aboard. You have a lot of questions, but at least you are very organized.
1.) PCOS might respond to vitex. Do a search on vitex either here or on the herb info section.
2.) This sounds unlikely unless you were actually pregnant at the time you were taking it.
3.) My personal experience with soy is.... soy bad... lol. But a lot of women seem to take it without issue. For me it knocked out my thyroid and gave me lots of symptoms.
4.) 10 - 14 cups??? do you live in the bathroom... lol? Yeah, you MIGHT want to cut that back or at least go to decaf.
5.) For this I suggest a thorough reading of the program pages.
6.) At least one cycle.
7.) Do a site search, but as I recall milk thistle is one way.
Hope this is a little bit of help.

Waxingmoon, thank you sooo much for taking the time to guide me in the right direction you answered alot of my questions, and I know it was alot of time so i really appreciate it and your answers have given me a great deal of tips on where or how to start and i am sowwy to hear bout the soy's effect on your thyroid- the thyroid is very sensitive n i pray that your thyroid is back to normal function and you are not dealing with anymore symptoms of the thyroid.
