Okay so I was absent from the internet for quite some time as you can see and I was unable to take my Vitex. So it was a big fat waste of 3 1/2 months. Ugh. Anyway. I haven't taken that in like 2 months now or so. And I'm going to start back on it tomorrow morning.

Welcome back. Have no worries about starting over. Do the hormone balance test again. You may have a different hormone profile now and you might want to start differently than before. I don't think the vitex was a complete waste. You may not have gotten full effect, but you reported some immediate results, so you are probably a quick responder to it.
