Hi everyone, new here. I have been reading your forum for a few months now but haven't had to post because there is always an answer somewhere. Thanks for that.
Before I ask my Q, I wanted to say thank you to all of you here who take the time to share your knowledge and give encouragement. I am 45 and been 32-34A forever. I have always felt so short changed by my size. I don't want to be huge, just one cup bigger so I can fit into clothes better or go brasless and not look the same from behind as I do from the front.
When I found this forum I was comforted by just the numbers of others in my position. Thanks again.
My Q, I live abroad and am going home to NY in a few weeks to visit my family. I noticed the herbs I am taking are made in NJ. I was wondering if they are as easily available there as here. I take the stand bys, Feenugreek, SP, Wild Yam, etc. Everything is 3xs the price here. I would rather buy them there than stock up here and lug them all the way over there.
I may look to try new ones, could you tell me if PM, BO or BU are available in the shops there too? What's the other one, Vitex? or soomething?
Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Vitex Agnus Castus are all common herbs and easy to find. You should be able to get them in any health food store.
I think it would be hard to find BO in stores but you might possibly find PM.

Thanks so much Felicity, you saved me the hassle of packing a load of bottles. With the really good exchange rate of the Euro they will be much cheaper too. [hopefully]
cheers!
