Breast pains and herb doses

Hey everyone,

I've been on red clover and saw palmetto for over 2 weeks and noticed some major puberty-esque aches during the first few days/week. I started at 1000 mg each and then went on to 1500mg each (spaced out during the day) about a week later. I haven't been feeling as much aches lately (hardly any, actually) and am wondering if this is a normal thing. I had my period close to when I started the Red clover and Saw Palmetto (it was the lightest and most pain-free I've had!!).

Just not sure if I should keep with the 1500mg dose or go back to the 1000mg when I was feeling it more. Or should I increase it???

Any feedback would be appreciated - thanks!

I'm just curious about this. If what you took was working, why did you change the dose?

I guess I thought the higher the dose the better, from what I read... and they also might have subsided before I upped the dose.

I dunno...

I would suggest dropping back down to your original amount where you were feeling things, and sticking to that for at least three months. With NBE the results aren't going to instantly appear and it can take 3-6 months just to start seeing a little bit of growth. It could be that when you hit the higher doses, you caused yourself to stall.
