I was wondering is there any way to speed up the nbe process with wonderup? I've just started using wonderup.

Sorry, but there really isn't any way to speed up results. Just do all the things that you should be doing, and be patient. NBE takes time.

Some people claim that heat pads help. Also massaging.

Take a general omega 3,6,9 supplement and flaxseed oil.Try to increase your protein intake or drink some protein shakes.A healthy diet is very important.Good luck!

Read the forum more, there are a lot of stuff that you can do that help NBE, like eat a lot of protein, make sure to get enoguh sleep, generally care for health and of course massage is a must. But otherwise you should be patient, dedicated and grateful if you get growth at any rate.

Hey Moon, I have been taking WU for five months now and still measure the same. It seems like everybody else has had such great success with it. So does this mean that I've probably hit the end of the road with NBE or do you think it is worth trying something else?

Hmmm, not sure. Did herbs work well for you before and stopped now? Did you try PM already? Maybe you could till do suction and magnets? I think it's always good to combine more methods. Also WU is supposed to work the bst for those with hormonal imbalances, maybe yours are ballanced? In this case a strong estrogenic program might be the best choice I think.

Kieyah, I would try individual herbs. I also took WU (not as long as you) and didnt see results, but I have been taking some individual herbs and am already seeing a lot of fullness, and having a lot of pains. Its worth a try i think ( i know our body chemistry is different, but you should at least try). Good luck!

I grew with leaps in bounds on individual herbs but hate taking so many pills. single herbs and pretty much everything else i have tried so far has worked at least some if not a lot and then quit or I got tired of it. My hormones are way out of wack but I am taking BCP to help, do you think WU doesn't work with bcp? I don't know if maybe i am just one of those that WU won't work for or if I have reached my booby growing limit. I hope not. I should be happy with what I have. I have gained so much already but I still feel I want a bit more. I have tried nearly everything. But not PM. I am afraid to. My hormones and cycles are so messed up all on their own, always have been. So I have been afraid to try PM. And I don't need any more weight gain. I have gained about 8 pounds through my very long NBE journey so maybe if I could ever lose that I would be happier with my boobage gains because they would be so much more obvious, but I can't seem to lose it.

And yeah I really didn't give magnets long enough. I did grow it just seemed so slow. I have been very impatient. Oh and I haven't given BO another try yet. The first time it made me dizzy really bad so I got scared and quit. But it may have been because the herbs were still in my system and both together were too much for me. So maybe I will test out some of these things again. I am still doing BB but not all the time and trying to get into the habit of wearing magnets again.

Thank you ladies for your help! I guess I will start adding the individual herbs back in and continue with bb and maybe even magnets. I never stopped growing with the individual herbs but I got sick of swallowing so many pills and it seems that I should have grown with wu since it is similar. I guess we shall see what happens. Sorry for being so long winded. I guess I am somewhat venting discouragement too. I feel better now thanks :)
