Hi, i just wanted to know because ive been doing continuos research on vortex health, that would it be safe to take extra added herbs like saw palmeletto and fennugreek or fennel with a program like wonderup? Is it safe? Would it increase the chances of growth?

Well Wonderup contains fengreek and fennel already, so I'm not sure if you would need anymore of those. But I seem to remember that someone, or maybe more than one person, added Saw Palmetto to Wonderup before, so I think it's feasible to do that if you wanted to.

Thanks for responding, i just purchased wonderup along with saw pameletto and fennel, i decided to that i would take fennel along with the nbe program, just to see if would be more effective.
