Newcomer and starting my program - and a couple of questions!

Hi everyone,
just wanted to introduce myself as I've been reading this forum for quite a few weeks now and after a lot of consideration and studying, I will be starting my program this week. I decided to go on wonderup, since the success rate seems very good and it also seems like a good place to start. Below is an overview of my program, and then I have a couple of questions. I will be posting a picture as well, since I really believe that's gonna help and keep me motivated. Please feel free to make any suggestions about what I can do to improve this routine, or to let me know if I'm on the right track! Thanks! I apoligize in advance if any of these questions have already been asked!

These are the things I have been doing to prepare and some stats:
- I'm a 32/34A
- cut caffeine and sugar intake substantially
- exercise regularly
- 5.5'' tall and 125 pounds
- very regular with periods
- eat healthy, increased protein intake
- don't smoke, don't drink (occasional glass of wine)
- Take multivitamin supplements (have been doing for the last month)
- Not on BC
- will start on the WU program (cream and pills), massaging at least twice a day
- I also took the hormone test and even though I didn't check too many boxes, I came out as progesterone defficient

Questions
- Is it important that I do a liver cleanse? Have most of you done it?
- If I decide to go on the BCP in a few months, is it probable that it will interfere with my program? Or is that something that is hard to tell/varies from person to person?

Thanks so much! This forum has been really really helpful and I'm very hopeful!

I've not had any problems with BCP and I don't think it's probable that it would cause any problems for you. However I think there are certainly some women where BCP might interfere with their progress.

I've not had any problems with BCP either, but I think it could be an issue for some women.

I think most haven't done the liver cleanse, but that doesn't mean that it's not a good idea.
